You will be a valued member of the Front of House team and provide a warm welcome to visitors as well as deliver excellent customer service across all front of house areas. Whether you are checking tickets, giving directions, supervising the audience during the performance or selling programmes you will ensure customers enjoy an amazing experience that will make them want to come back for more. Important will be the ability to work as part of a team as well as safely by following set procedures and processes. We will also look to you to feedback any issues or problems so we can respond quickly and continue to delight visitors.
We are looking for volunteers who can join us at least once a week.
You will have customer service experience and enjoy dealing with the public. Your friendly nature will be complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be the sort of person who can adapt to change, enjoys working as part of a team and can use their initiative when needed.
In return for your commitment, you will have the chance to work for one of the country's leading venues, receive training in all areas of Front of House and be able to take advantage of show offers. A reference will be provided to showcase your time with us.
