Reporting to the Head of Marketing, and working closely with colleagues in departments across the organisation, this delivery role focuses primarily on selling tickets for our 1800 seater auditorium and 200 seater Patrick Studio in line with Birmingham Hippodrome’s audience strategy. Working closely with visiting company producers and their agents, the post holder devises, implements and monitors effective marketing campaigns to meet sales and audiences’ targets, working to strict budgets and deadlines. The role requires a creative individual with a close eye for detail, a competitive spirit and a passion for audience development. An ability to take on new challenges, innovate and collaborate within the team as well as across the organisation is essential.
