Reporting to the Senior Visitor Services Operations Managers, you will work as part of the Visitor Services Management Team to provide leadership, guidance and support to the Visitor Services Team.

The Visitor Services Managers lead and manage service standards across all Visitor Services areas, ensuring sales are maximised and that the customer experience is always of the highest standard by providing a welcoming, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service.  You will ensure a safe working environment by ensuing we comply with all health & safety procedures and standards including licensing laws.  This role will involve working in all front facing areas, working as Duty Manager, in line with business needs.

With a commercial focus you will ensure that we are maximising sales across all Visitor Services areas, motivating the team to have a sales orientated focus and to ensure maximum efficiency.  You will lead the Duty Management teams to ensure that our company values are demonstrated across all public areas.  You will actively manage standards and the upkeep of all public areas, ensuring that health and safety requirements are adhered to, maintenance work is identified, reported and carried out.
