Job Description
The Fundraising and Development Co-ordinator will play a vital role in helping to deliver our Individual Giving and Corporate membership programmes, public campaigns, sponsorship and fundraising events that generate income to help the organisation achieve its charitable purpose, delivering “goosebump” moments through inspiring Creative, Producing, Festivals, Community and Learning & Participation programmes.

- Hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time)
- Location: Hybrid, with a minimum of two days onsite at Birmingham Hippodrome, plus events work
- Reports to: Head of Fundraising and Development

This is a fast-paced and varied role for a committed and enthusiastic person who will provide vigorous support for a robust and sustainable development strategy that maximises all philanthropic and other income opportunities for the organisation. You will be expected to work to deadlines, collaborating closely with colleagues in other departments across the organisation including, Marketing, Information and Sales, Hospitality and Events, Access, Business Systems, Information Technology, Facilities as and when required.
This is a full-time, permanent role with us, in a hybrid capacity. The expectation is a minimum of 2 days per week onsite and at other times to support events, host donor and Patron visits, and coordinate the volunteer programme at Relaxed Performances; this will require some evening work and occasional weekend commitments.
